Technical requirements concerning the edition of articles for ‘Aviation Advances & Maintenance’
• Manuscripts should be typewritten in Word (Arial 10 pt.)
• Tables, graphs, drawings and photographs (width: max 13 cm) should have headings and be numbered in the order of appearance
• Formulas should be numbered in the order of appearance (in round brackets on the right-hand side)
• Bibliography – at the end of an article in the alphabetical order and should include: consecutive number, author (last name and the initial letter of the first name): title, publisher, place of publication, year of publication.
We kindly ask you not to use the automatic numbering (of equations, drawings etc.) and not to provide links in manuscripts (e.g. links to the number of a drawing or bibliography).
Graphic materials in a manuscript should be of the highest resolution and quality possible – photographs of 300 dpi. Descriptions on drawings: Arial 8–9 pt.
Articles accepted by the editorial board are checked for plagiarism in the iThenticate system.
Our editorial board requires authors of publications to disclose the contribution of individual authors to a publication. The author submitting a manuscript bears the main responsibility. (download the Declaration of the Author)
